The second bad review for the steakhouse claimed that both the service and the food were bad. Still, Harrah’s Phoenix Ak-Chin Casino did receive some very positive reviews from other guests. The Harrah’s chain does have a good reputation as being a nice place to vacation so I am sure they do their best to accommodate everyone.
